Hai Robotics, a leading global provider of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), has announced the strategic expansion of its U.S. leadership team with the appointment of three seasoned industry veterans. This move aims to support the growing U.S. market by enhancing customer support, software development, and strategic partnerships.
Patrick Dougherty has been appointed as Director of Customer Service and Support. With over 12 years of experience in building successful customer service teams, Dougherty will lead Hai Robotics’ American-based Customer Service and Support department, ensuring localized, on-demand support and managing onshore spare parts for quick delivery.

Rob Schrager joins as Director of Software, bringing nearly 20 years of software leadership experience. His role will focus on enhancing Hai Robotics’ local software capabilities and responding to the specific needs of customers in the Americas, driving the maturation of the company’s software solutions.

Matt Kelly has been named Director of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Development. With extensive experience in the ASRS industry, Kelly will manage and grow Hai Robotics’ integration partner network, aiming to expand and refine customer support capabilities.
