Delta (Taiwan Stock Exchange:2308), a provider of power management and smart green solutions, introduced its D-Bot Series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) at ELECRAMA 2025, marking a significant step in India’s transition toward smart manufacturing. Alongside its new cobot lineup, the company introduced a 240kW DC Fast EV Charger and the Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT Series), reinforcing its focus on automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

The six-axis D-Bot cobots, with payload capacities ranging from 6 kg to 30 kg, are designed to enhance industrial efficiency across sectors such as electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding. With speeds of up to 200 degrees per second, these robots aim to improve production processes while ensuring seamless human-robot collaboration through advanced safety mechanisms.

Delta’s investment in local innovation and manufacturing is a key driver behind these product launches. Jimmy Yiin, Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Delta, emphasized the company’s long-term commitment to India.

“India is a key market for Delta, and we are committed to driving its industrial and energy transformation with our advanced solutions. Delta’s strategic investment in the Krishnagiri facility underscores our dedication to local innovation, manufacturing excellence, and sustainability. Through this investment, we aim to strengthen India’s self-reliance in smart manufacturing and energy infrastructure while contributing to global industry standards,” said Jimmy.

Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, underscored the role of smart solutions in shaping India’s industrial future.  Speaking on this, Benjamin said, “Delta is proud to showcase our innovative smart manufacturing solutions at ELECRAMA 2025. Our focus has always been on delivering solutions that advance industries to become more efficient, sustainable, and resilient. The new solutions we are introducing – from the D-Bot Cobots to the Ultron IPT Series UPS – are designed with these values in mind, and we are committed to driving the transition to smart and sustainable manufacturing across India and beyond.”

Designed for smart factory automation, Delta’s D-Bot cobots integrate seamlessly with VTScada SCADA systems, DIATwin digital twin platforms, and machine vision solutions. Their built-in safety features allow real-time detection of human contact, preventing accidents and ensuring a safe work environment. Alongside this, Delta launches other products at ELECRAMA 2025.

With India’s EV infrastructure expanding, Delta’s high-speed dual-vehicle charging solution offers 95% efficiency, OCPP compatibility, and 4G GSM connectivity. It is aimed at commercial applications, fleet operators, and public charging networks. The charger was developed locally by Delta India’s R&D and engineering teams.

Delta’s IPT Series UPS introduces zig-zag transformer technology, advanced PFC conversion, and robust short-circuit protection for industries that require uninterrupted power. An optional IP43 enclosure ensures durability in harsh conditions.

Beyond automation and energy solutions, Delta continues to advance sustainability efforts. Between 2010 and 2023, its energy-efficient technologies have saved customers an estimated 45.5 billion kWh, reducing global carbon emissions by 23.84 million tons. The company has also developed 35 green buildings and two certified green data centers worldwide.
