THine Solutions, Inc. launches the THEIA-CAM 13MP PDAF Camera Kit, THSCJ101, designed for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano platforms. This kit streamlines integration with pre-optimized ISP firmware and Linux drivers, catering to Jetson users seeking advanced imaging capabilities.
Serving as a reference design for embedded camera applications on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or Jetson Orin Nano platform, the THSCJ101 Kit employs THine’s THP7312-P Image Signal Processor (ISP) and Sony’s IMX258 13MP CMOS PDAF image sensor. Its optimized ISP firmware enables ultra-quick autofocus using Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) technology, coupled with Best-in-Class image quality.
Key features include a Video4Linux2 (V4L2) driver for controlling various video functions and a hardware kit comprising a Camera Board in an acrylic case and a Flat Flexible Cable. The kit’s performance is calibrated for high-volume production, ensuring consistent image parameters across units.
THine also offers a GUI-based software development tool for customers requiring unique image performance features, further expediting time-to-market for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX/Nano platform users.
