Ranatec, a part of Qamcom Group and a progressive creator of test and measurement equipment for RF and microwave applications introduces the digitally tunable RI 282 Band Pass Filter. The new active filters, variants of Ranatec’s series of Tunable Band Reject Filters, provide exceptional performance and are digitally tunable between 600-6000 MHz.
The newest addition to Ranatec’s broad product offering, the next-generation filters are the latest Ranatec innovation empowering leading electronics manufacturers to perform the enhanced testing that places their most advanced products in pole position for the market.
High-performance RI 282 electronically tunable bandpass active filters are fully equipped to conform to all existing sub-6 mobile bands, achieved by benchmark microwave design, digital signal processing, and use of state-of-the-art components. The filter can be selected at the ordering stage with high-end requirements that will be unaffected over the complete tuning range.
The RI 281 offers impressive features and performance, including a combined 20 and 100 MHz bandwidth with frequency tuning between 600-6000 MHz. Its filter characteristics can be selected in runtime, making it adaptable for various applications. Remote control is possible via LAN, adding convenience for users. The device boasts 75 MHz filter slopes and 50 dB suppression, alongside adjustable gain for enhanced functionality. Additionally, the RI 281 is rack mountable, making it suitable for professional setups.
This device is ideal for testing wide frequency range devices, particularly when out-of-band signals need to be suppressed. It also excels in generating pure input signals with low noise outside the designated band.
