Designed for diverse applications, including digital pre-distortion, VSWR monitoring, portable wireless radios, and E911 systems, the PE42445 and PE42446 switches provide exceptional linearity, exceeding 60 dB isolation, and operate in extended temperature ranges (-40°C to +125°C).
Key features include low insertion loss, high linearity of 65 dBm IIP3, and a rapid switching time of 200 nsec.
