Intel’s 8 Core 10nm SFE ‘TigerLake’ is Here, to Launch Beast Canyon NUC & the Biggest GPU

Intel is known to power-pack its small form factor, which makes its NUC lineup a grand success. Now Intel plans to go bigger with its new Beast Canyon with the biggest GPU, unlike the Ghost Canyon.

Ghost Canyon minimized the footprint of a PC without compromising the power, but it was limited in the amount of GPUs one can add to it.

However, Beast Canyon NUC brings insane amount of power density in an 8-liter footprint. At this mark, it is a small form factor (SFF) PC and not a NUC. Despite this, Beast Canyon can house a full-length, massive heatsink GPU and is powered by Intel’s 10nm SuperFinEnhanced TigerLake CPUs. As per WCCFTech, it has 8 core variants that have a 45W TDP and should be more than powerful for intensive rendering or data center applications.

Beast Canyon can accommodate graphics cards up to 12 inches in length, and could be up to 2 slots thick. With its growth this year, the NUC will compete against SFF PCs.

Intel will launch Beast Canyon later this year.
