In its first strategic partnership with LIVE Automation, Shore Capital Partners forms ONDEX Automation. Based out of Chicago, IL, is a factory automation systems integrator designed to support North American manufacturers with their automation and integration needs.

The 13-year-old Sterling-based factory systems integrator, LIVE Automation serves customers in the medical device, food & beverage, and aerospace & defense industries, among others. It provides numerous automation and integration services including PLC controls integration, SCADA/MES solutions, and aftermarket support across its customer base.
Justin Kerr will lead ONDEX Automation as its CEO. Justin brings over two decades of experience driving significant business transformations, large-scale M&A and new market entry initiatives across industrial and technology markets. Prior to this, he serves as the VP & GM of Molex.
