The sector-focused private equity firm, DC Capital Partners, LLC (DCCP) takes over uAvionix Corporation, a provider of highly differentiated, small form factor communications, navigation and surveillance avionics for unmanned and manned aircraft.
uAvionix was founded in 2015 in Montana, US by Paul Beard, Founder & CEO, uAvionix with the mission of creating airspace safety solutions that address airspace management and the integration of unmanned aircraft into the national airspace.
