California-based test and measurement company Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) has expanded its B2B e-Commerce site in the Americas to include customers in 26 EU countries and the UK to simplify the buying process for many of its most popular solutions.
The test and measurement market is rapidly moving towards digital, online purchasing for fast and easy procurement of hardware and software solutions. McKinsey and Company say that at the backdrop of the pandemic, more than three-quarters of buyers and sellers now prefer digital self-serve and remote human engagement over face-to-face interactions. This growth provides a perfect platform for Keysights to provide access to the channels of their choice to its customers.
The company’s new e-Commerce site makes it easy and quick for its customers in the Americas, EU, and UK to purchase Keysight solutions, including the company’s recently launched Smart Bench Essentials, recent innovations, and access to technical expertise (in Europe). The company also provides free two-day delivery on many products as well as regular promotions.
“Keysight’s goal is to create an integrated multi-channel transactional ecosystem that offers customers an effortless purchasing experience via coexistence of e-Commerce and distribution,” stated Kari Fauber, senior director of Global Partners and e-Commerce at Keysight Technologies.
