The developer and producer of various electronic components and modules related to RF, Sunway Communication (SZSE: 300136) joins hand with Ossia, the creator of Cota Real Wireless Power. Together, the companies will leverage Ossia’s patented wireless-power-over-air technology, Cota, to innovate on new wireless power solutions. The companies will also help other companies to integrate the technology into their existing and upcoming devices.
This partnership will combine Ossia’s unique Cota Real Wireless Power with Sunway’s unparalleled expertise and experience in antenna and wireless charging to deliver products and services that can improve daily lives.
The Cota-enabled products will be able to receive power over air and at a distance from a Cota transmitter, without the need for line of sight, and will have communication capabilities. A Cota-enabled device does not require charging cords, charging pads, or batteries, which frees designers and developers to create new features and longer-lasting, lighter electronic devices.
