Samsung Unveils New Premium Store at Surat’s International Business Center

Samsung New Experience Center

Samsung India has inaugurated its second Premium Experience Store in the state of Gujarat, located at the International Business Center (IBC) in Surat. This marks Samsung’s latest expansion in the region following the opening of its first premium store in Ahmedabad earlier this year.

Designed as a comprehensive sales and service hub, the new Premium Experience Store in Surat covers an area of over 2500 sq. ft. and showcases Samsung’s complete product range, with dedicated zones for SmartThings, smartphones, laptops, audio, gaming, and lifestyle televisions.

A unique feature of the store is the inclusion of ‘Learn @ Samsung’ workshops, focusing on topics such as digital art, photography, coding, and local cultural events. These workshops are tailored for tech-savvy individuals, particularly Gen Z and millennials.

During the initial two weeks after the store’s opening, customers stand to benefit from exclusive offers, including 2X loyalty points and a special price of INR 2999 for Galaxy Buds2 on purchases exceeding INR 15000. Additionally, a 10% bank cashback is available for transactions made with credit and debit cards from leading banks.

Sumit Walia, Senior Director at Samsung India, highlighted the brand’s commitment to engaging young audiences through curated product experiences. The store also integrates Samsung’s digital initiatives, allowing customers to browse and order products using the Store+ endless aisle platform. Samsung Finance+ services and Samsung Care+ plans for Galaxy devices are also accessible within the store.

Furthermore, the Premium Experience Store in Surat offers hassle-free after-sales services, enabling customers to book service calls for their smartphones and other consumer electronics products directly at home.
