Poly (NYSE: POLY) appoints Kim Mota to its executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of people Experiences. Kim has been with the company for around three years. She holds over two decades of HR experience. Before assuming her current role with Poly, Kim led the company as its Vice President of HR Business Partners and Vice President HR Strategy & People Operations. Along with leading HR and people management functions, Kim joins the executive leadership team to drive the company’s business strategy.
