Israel-based Nova (NASDAQ: NVMI), which acts as a partner to semiconductor manufacturers, appoints Sarit Sagiv to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Sarit is a seasoned executive who has served for four years as General Manager of the Global Business Division of Amdocs where he led the teams of Alliances, Channels and Partnerships. Before Amdocs, he served as the CFO of Nice Ltd, where he was responsible for the finance, legal, operations and IT areas. Sarit has also served as the CFO of Retalix Ltd, playing a key role in the transition with NCR.
