Naprotek Buys NexLogic to Expand its Microelectronics & PCB Assembly Strength

California-based Naprotek completes the acquisition of NexLogic, Inc. This new addition will add more muscles to Neprotek’s capabilities into microelectronics packaging and printed circuit board assembly serving market demands for complex, critical applications.

 

Since its inception in 1995, NexLogic has been providing electronics manufacturing services across key markets including defense, medical, and test and instrumentation. The company is well positioned to support automated test equipment and semiconductor providers. It has a strong electronics manufacturing capabilities including design and development of microelectronic packaging, surface mount technology, and higher-level assemblies with in-house automation, test and inspection.

In December 2020, Edgewater Capital Partners acquired Naproteck. The company is focused on expanding services and solutions in the high value markets. “NexLogic brings a complementary set of capabilities to enhance the Naprotek platform strategy.
