(Menlo Micro) has announced the appointment of Yalcin Bulut as the company’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO). Yalcin joins Menlo Micro after an impressive career, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at United Silicon Carbide (UnitedSiC, now Qorvo). With leadership roles at Vishay, Inc. as the Vice President of Power Product Lines, and Alpha and Omega Semiconductor as the Vice President of Discrete Product Lines, Yalcin brings a wealth of semiconductor market experience and operational acumen to his new position.
As the newly appointed COO, Yalcin will oversee crucial functions including sales, marketing, quality assurance, and product areas, playing a pivotal role in driving Menlo Micro’s strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to CEO Russ Garcia, Yalcin’s track record of expanding customer adoption worldwide, combined with his strong business acumen and leadership skills, is expected to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory.

Yalcin holds a Bachelor of Material Science Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Master of Business from Iowa State University, further solidifying his qualifications for his new role.
