Monroe brings over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the semiconductor industry, having worked with prominent firms including Synopsys, Cadence Design, Magma Design, and ANSYS.
In his new role, Monroe will spearhead Encore Semi’s sales initiatives, drawing upon his proven track record in strategic selling, enterprise client engagement, and sales management.
