The provider of video codec compliance test suites and semiconductor video IPs, Allegro DVT has completed the acquisition of Labwise Ltd., a Finnish company specialising in digital TV device testing services to TV broadcasters, network operators and device manufacturers.
An independent and objective testing house providing professional digital TV test service to major TV OEMs, digital TV broadcasters and operators, Labwise was founded in 2004 and today has all the leading TV OEM brands and broadcasters in Scandinavia, Europe and Asia as its clients.
