Denver-based Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEIS), a provider of highly engineered, precision power conversion, measurement and control solutions, appoints David Reed to its board of directors.

David recently served NXP Semiconductors N.V. for six years as its executive vice president global operations where he was responsible for the company’s internal and external manufacturing operations, supply chain, information technology, total quality, and procurement. Prior to this, David was the vice president and general manager at GLOBAL FOUNDRIES.
