The technology provider in 5G mobile and fixed wireless solutions for mobile operators, Fortune 500 enterprises and SMBs, Inseego Corp.’s (NASDAQ: INSG) board of directors extends the appointment of Philip Brace as Executive Chairman for two additional 6-month terms, effective immediately.

Philip was appointed to Inseego’s BOD in September 2023. He assumed the role of executive chairman in February 2024. Philip additionally serves on the board of Lantronix and BlackBerry. Prior to this, he served as the president and CEO of Sierra Wireless Inc. Philip’s other roles include EVP at Veritas Technologies, president of Seagate Technology’s Cloud Systems and Electronic Solutions, EVP at LSI Corporation and GM at Intel Corporation.
