IperionX Limited (NASDAQ: IPX, ASX: IPX) has forged a strategic alliance with United Stars Holdings, Inc. (United Stars) to establish a definitive commercial supply agreement for IperionX’s titanium products. Under this framework, United Stars anticipates procuring up to 80 metric tons annually of IperionX’s high-performance, cost-effective, and sustainable titanium offerings over a decade-long supply period.

Headquartered in Wisconsin, United Stars is a longstanding family-owned company led by Roger West, a respected entrepreneur and philanthropist. With over 80 years of manufacturing expertise, United Stars serves as a prominent American supplier of industrial components, catering to diverse sectors including aerospace, automotive, defense, and more.

United Stars’ extensive client roster boasts industry giants like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric, affirming its reputation as a trusted supplier across various sectors. This partnership with IperionX is poised to enhance United Stars’ capabilities in defense and advanced technology sectors, catering to demands for lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant components.

IperionX, on the other hand, is dedicated to establishing an integrated American titanium supply chain, encompassing the sourcing of U.S. titanium minerals, advanced refining technologies, and utilization of recycled scrap titanium. Leveraging patented technologies, IperionX aims to deliver low-cost, high-performance titanium products while prioritizing sustainability and energy efficiency.

Roger West, Chairman and CEO of United Stars, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing the significance of re-shoring the U.S. titanium supply chain for national security interests. Anastasios (Taso) Arima, CEO of IperionX, echoed West’s sentiments, highlighting the alignment of goals between the two companies in strengthening America’s manufacturing independence.

The framework agreement between IperionX and United Stars lays the groundwork for a definitive titanium supply agreement, which will entail the purchase of up to 80 metric tons per annum of IperionX’s titanium products over a ten-year period. Final pricing and payment terms will be determined in the forthcoming definitive agreement.

The collaboration between IperionX and United Stars signifies a significant step forward in advancing U.S. manufacturing capabilities and underscores a shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and national security.
