Velo3D, Inc. (NYSE: VLD), a leading additive manufacturing technology company focusing on mission-critical metal parts, has welcomed Nancy Krystal as its new Vice President, General Counsel. With over 16 years of corporate law experience, Nancy’s appointment strengthens Velo3D’s leadership team.
Brad Kreger, CEO of Velo3D, highlighted Nancy’s wealth of legal expertise, stating, “Nancy’s extensive experience with established companies is invaluable as Velo3D continues its growth journey.”
In her role, Nancy will oversee all legal matters, including board processes, SEC compliance, contracts, and intellectual property management, aligning with Velo3D’s strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Velo3D, Nancy served as General Counsel at Jelly Belly Candy Company, contributing to its acquisition by Ferrara Candy Co. She also held key roles at Big Heart Pet Brands and AXA Advisors.
Nancy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She serves on the boards of the California Grocers Association, California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and Evisort.
